70 Costs of remedial or other action
Safe Transport Victoria may recover, as a debt due to Safe Transport Victoria in a court of competent jurisdiction, the reasonable costs of any remedial action taken under—
(a) section 68 from the person on whom the prohibition notice is served; or
S. 70(b) amended by No. 68/2017 s. 118.
(b) section 69 from any person on whom the prohibition notice could have been served in respect of the matter.
