49X Inspecting and copying documents in custody of the Chief Investigator under this Part
While the Chief Investigator retains custody of a document, the Chief Investigator must permit the following persons to inspect or make copies of the document at all reasonable times—
(a) the person who produced the document;
(b) the owner of the document;
(c) a person authorised by a person referred to in paragraph (a) or (b).
