49E Directions powers as to operation and movement of rolling stock and vehicles
(1) If the Chief Investigator enters public transport premises, rolling stock or a bus under section 49B, the Chief Investigator may give a direction to any person at the premises or on the rolling stock or bus that relates to the stopping or movement of—
(a) any road vehicle at the premises; or
(b) the rolling stock or bus.
(2) A person must not refuse or fail to comply with a direction under subsection (1) unless the person has a reasonable excuse.
