47 Use of force
A power conferred under this Part to enter a place or bus or board a vessel, or to do anything in or on that place or on that bus or vessel, may not be exercised unless the transport safety officer or a person assisting a transport safety officer proposing to exercise the power, uses no more force than is reasonably necessary to effect the entry or boarding or to do the thing for which the entry or boarding is effected.
