121 Transport safety officers subject to Safe Transport Victoria's direction
S. 121(1) amended by Nos 41/2019 s. 82, 34/2023 s. 127(Sch. 1 item 18.49).
(1) Safe Transport Victoria may give a direction to a transport safety officer in relation to that officer's performance or exercise of a function or power under this Act or a transport safety law.
(2) A direction under subsection (1) may—
(a) be of general nature;
(b) relate to a specified matter or class of matter.
