22 Delegation of powers of ATSB
(1) The ATSB may, in writing, delegate a power of the ATSB under this regulation (other than this power of delegation) to the following: (a) the Chief Commissioner; (b) a staff member who has duties relating to the administration of the REPCON scheme. (2) In exercising powers under a delegation, the delegate must comply with any directions of the ATSB.
