38 Functions of ATSB
For the purposes of paragraph 12AA(1)(a) of the Act, the following safety information is prescribed: (a) information obtained or generated under the REPCON scheme established under section 7 of the Transport Safety Investigation (Voluntary and Confidential Reporting Scheme) Regulation 2012; (b) information obtained or generated under Subpart 13.K of Part 13 of the Civil Aviation Safety Regulations 1998.
