16 Aircraft operations—nominated officials
For the purposes of section 20 of the Act, the following persons are nominated officials in relation to reportable matters to which this Part applies: (a) a staff member; (b) a member of the staff of the Australian Maritime Safety Authority.
Note: For the meaning of staff member in paragraph (a), see subsection 3(1) of the Act.
