#### 58 Where a court makes an order under subsection 56(3) (1) This section applies if OBR information is admitted as evidence under subsection 56(3). (2) The OBR information is not evidence for the purpose of the determination of the liability in the proceedings of a crew member. (3) The court may direct that the OBR information or any information obtained from the OBR information, must not: (a) be published or communicated to any person; or (b) be published or communicated except in such manner, and to such persons, as the court specifies.
