13AC Outside employment
(1) The Chief Commissioner must not engage in paid employment outside the duties of the Chief Commissioner’s office without the Minister’s written consent. (2) A part‑time Commissioner must not engage in any paid employment that conflicts or may conflict with the proper performance of his or her duties without the Minister’s written consent.
