These regulations may be cited as the Transport Regulations 2023 .

Tasmania regulation
These regulations say the fees listed in Schedule 3 of the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 are transport-related payments for which the Commission may grant full or partial exemptions or rebates under section 5(1)(d) of the Act (Reg 3). Licence‑holders and applicants who pay those fees bear the cost unless the Commission grants relief; the Commission decides eligibility and amounts. The rules take effect when the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations commence (Reg 2).

These regulations may be cited as the Transport Regulations 2023 .
These regulations take effect on the day on which the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 commence.
For the purposes of section 5(1)(d) of the Act, the fees specified in Schedule 3 to the Taxi and Hire Vehicle Industries Regulations 2023 are prescribed as payments relating to transport for which full or partial exemptions or rebates may be granted by the Commission.
