sec.93 Application of subdivision
This subdivision applies if— the proprietor of an AIS issues an inspection certificate for a vehicle; and an application for registration of the vehicle is refused under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , section 22 (1) (f) .
