sec.69 Application of division
This division does not apply to— a trailer that has an ATM of 0.75t or less; or a dump truck for which concessional registration is granted under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 as a motor vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 of that regulation; or a mobile crane; or a straddle truck; or a tractor; or a vehicle that, under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , is— an agricultural implement; or an agricultural machine; or mobile machinery.
- (a) a trailer that has an ATM of 0.75t or less; or
- (b) a dump truck for which concessional registration is granted under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 as a motor vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 of that regulation; or
- (c) a mobile crane; or
- (d) a straddle truck; or
- (e) a tractor; or
- (f) a vehicle that, under the Transport Operations (Road Use Management—Vehicle Registration) Regulation 2021 , is— (i) an agricultural implement; or (ii) an agricultural machine; or (iii) mobile machinery.
