sec.61 Period of effect of safe movement permit
A safe movement permit has effect for the period stated in the permit. However, a safe movement permit stops having effect for a light vehicle stated in the permit before the end of the stated period if— the vehicle is disposed of; or the registration of the vehicle is transferred to another person. If a safe movement permit issued for more than 1 light vehicle stops having effect in relation to 1 of the light vehicles under subsection (2) , the permit continues having effect under subsection (1) for other vehicles stated in the permit. (sec.61-ssec.1) A safe movement permit has effect for the period stated in the permit. (sec.61-ssec.2) However, a safe movement permit stops having effect for a light vehicle stated in the permit before the end of the stated period if— the vehicle is disposed of; or the registration of the vehicle is transferred to another person. (sec.61-ssec.3) If a safe movement permit issued for more than 1 light vehicle stops having effect in relation to 1 of the light vehicles under subsection (2) , the permit continues having effect under subsection (1) for other vehicles stated in the permit.
