sec.49 Definitions for part

In this part— exempted provision , for a safe movement approval, means a provision of this regulation that— imposes a requirement relating to the use of a light vehicle on a road; and is stated in the approval as a provision that a light vehicle or a person driving a light vehicle is exempted from while the vehicle is driven in compliance with the approval. safe movement approval means— a safe movement guideline; or a safe movement permit.
