sec.28 Approved person only may issue certificate of modification or attach modification plate
A person, other than an approved person, must not issue a certificate of modification or attach a modification plate to a light vehicle or heavy bus for— a modification of the light vehicle; or a code S13 modification of the heavy bus. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units. An approved person must not, unless the person is accredited to approve the type of modification, issue a certificate of modification or attach a modification plate to a light vehicle or heavy bus for— a modification of the light vehicle; or a code S13 modification of the heavy bus. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
