sec.22 Application for approval of interstate modification of light vehicle
A person may apply to the chief executive for approval of an interstate modification of a light vehicle. See part 8 for provisions relevant to making an application under this section. The application must be accompanied by— a certificate for the modification issued under a corresponding law for division 3 ; or a report or other document about the modification prepared by an engineer who is appropriately qualified to prepare the report or document. (sec.22-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive for approval of an interstate modification of a light vehicle. See part 8 for provisions relevant to making an application under this section. (sec.22-ssec.2) The application must be accompanied by— a certificate for the modification issued under a corresponding law for division 3 ; or a report or other document about the modification prepared by an engineer who is appropriately qualified to prepare the report or document.
