sec.127 Particular references in documents

In a document— a reference to the expired regulation is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to this regulation; and a reference to the approved code of practice titled ‘Code of Practice—Vehicle Inspection Guidelines’ mentioned in section 7(1)(f) of the expired regulation is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the light vehicle standards (safety inspection); and a reference to an approved code of practice under section 13(7) of the expired regulation is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to the light vehicle standards (modification).

• (a) a reference to the expired regulation is, if the context permits, taken to be a reference to this regulation; and
