sec.124 Existing applications
This section applies to an application to the chief executive or an authorised officer made, but not decided, under the expired regulation before the commencement. The application is taken to have been made under this regulation. Anything done in relation to the application under the expired regulation is taken to have been done in relation to the application under this regulation.
