sec.121 Inspection report issued for vehicle

This section applies if— an inspection report was issued for a vehicle under the expired regulation on or after 17 August 2021; and on the commencement, the vehicle had not been returned for reinspection under section 21 of the expired regulation after the issue of the inspection report. The inspection report is taken to have been issued under section 86 on the day it was issued under the expired regulation. (sec.121-ssec.1) This section applies if— an inspection report was issued for a vehicle under the expired regulation on or after 17 August 2021; and on the commencement, the vehicle had not been returned for reinspection under section 21 of the expired regulation after the issue of the inspection report. (sec.121-ssec.2) The inspection report is taken to have been issued under section 86 on the day it was issued under the expired regulation.

• (a) an inspection report was issued for a vehicle under the expired regulation on or after 17 August 2021; and
• (b) on the commencement, the vehicle had not been returned for reinspection under section 21 of the expired regulation after the issue of the inspection report.
