sec.115 Certificate of modification or modification plate
This section applies in relation to a modification of a vehicle if, under the expired regulation— a certificate of modification was issued for the modification; or a modification plate for the modification was attached to the vehicle. The certificate of modification is taken to have been issued for the modification under part 3, division 3. The modification plate for the modification is taken to have been attached to the vehicle under part 3, division 3. (sec.115-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a modification of a vehicle if, under the expired regulation— a certificate of modification was issued for the modification; or a modification plate for the modification was attached to the vehicle. (sec.115-ssec.2) The certificate of modification is taken to have been issued for the modification under part 3, division 3. (sec.115-ssec.3) The modification plate for the modification is taken to have been attached to the vehicle under part 3, division 3.
- (a) a certificate of modification was issued for the modification; or
- (b) a modification plate for the modification was attached to the vehicle.
