sec.104 Definitions for part
In this part— application means an application made to the chief executive or an authorised officer under this regulation. decision-maker , for an application, means— if the application is made to chief-executive—the chief executive; or if the application is made to an authorised officer—the authorised officer.
- (a) if the application is made to chief-executive—the chief executive; or
- (b) if the application is made to an authorised officer—the authorised officer.
