sec.101 Altering, defacing or removing identification plate
A person must not alter or deface an identification plate on a light vehicle. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. A person must not remove an identification plate from a light vehicle without the written approval of the chief executive. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units.
