sch.1-sec.129 Crank case gases
This section applies to a motor vehicle with 4 or more wheels built after 1971 that is powered by a petrol engine. The vehicle must be built to prevent, or fitted with equipment that prevents, gases emitted from the vehicle’s engine crank case escaping to the atmosphere.
