sec.88 If renewal application refused
If the chief executive decides to refuse a renewal application for a dealer plate under section 87 , the chief executive must give the applicant written notice of the refusal. The notice must state— the decision to refuse; and the reasons for the refusal; and that the decision may be reviewed under section 213 .
