sec.87 Deciding renewal application
The chief executive must, after considering a renewal application for a dealer plate— refuse the application under subsection (2) ; or grant the application. The chief executive must refuse the application if the chief executive is not satisfied the person in whose name the registration is to be recorded requires the dealer plate for the conduct of the person’s business. (sec.87-ssec.1) The chief executive must, after considering a renewal application for a dealer plate— refuse the application under subsection (2) ; or grant the application. (sec.87-ssec.2) The chief executive must refuse the application if the chief executive is not satisfied the person in whose name the registration is to be recorded requires the dealer plate for the conduct of the person’s business.

- (b) grant the application.
