sec.85 Renewal application
The registered operator for a dealer plate may apply to the chief executive for renewal of the plate’s registration. See part 9 , division 2 for requirements for particular applications. The application must be made on or before the day that is 3 months after the recorded expiry day for the registration. Nothing in subsection (2) has the effect of retrospectively renewing registration of a dealer plate. (sec.85-ssec.1) The registered operator for a dealer plate may apply to the chief executive for renewal of the plate’s registration. (sec.85-ssec.2) The application must be made on or before the day that is 3 months after the recorded expiry day for the registration.
