sec.53 Application by person acting under authority of court to sell vehicle
A person acting under the authority of a court to sell a vehicle may apply to the chief executive to cancel the vehicle’s registration. See part 9 , division 2 for requirements for particular applications. The application must be accompanied by written evidence, to the satisfaction of the chief executive, of the authority.
