sec.35 Seasonal registration—deferral of day by which renewal application for seasonal heavy vehicle must be made

This section applies in relation to a seasonal heavy vehicle if the current term of the vehicle’s registration is 3 or 6 months. The chief executive may, on or before the recorded expiry day for the seasonal heavy vehicle’s registration, defer the day by which a renewal application for the vehicle must be made for a period of not longer than a year. This section does not limit a deferral of the seasonal heavy vehicle’s renewal of registration under section 183 or 190 . (sec.35-ssec.1) This section applies in relation to a seasonal heavy vehicle if the current term of the vehicle’s registration is 3 or 6 months. (sec.35-ssec.2) The chief executive may, on or before the recorded expiry day for the seasonal heavy vehicle’s registration, defer the day by which a renewal application for the vehicle must be made for a period of not longer than a year. (sec.35-ssec.3) This section does not limit a deferral of the seasonal heavy vehicle’s renewal of registration under section 183 or 190 .
