sec.34 Deciding renewal application
The chief executive must, after considering a renewal application for a vehicle— refuse the application; or grant the application. Sections 21 , 22 and 23 apply to a renewal application for a vehicle as if a reference in those sections to a registration application for a vehicle were a reference to the renewal application for the vehicle. (sec.34-ssec.1) The chief executive must, after considering a renewal application for a vehicle— refuse the application; or grant the application. (sec.34-ssec.2) Sections 21 , 22 and 23 apply to a renewal application for a vehicle as if a reference in those sections to a registration application for a vehicle were a reference to the renewal application for the vehicle.
- (a) refuse the application; or
- (b) grant the application.
