sec.29 When term of registration starts
The term of registration of a vehicle starts— if an exemption under section 225 has been granted for the vehicle—on the day a certificate of registration for the vehicle is made available under section 27 ; or otherwise—on the day the chief executive gives the applicant a receipt for payment of the fees payable under this regulation for the registration.
- (a) if an exemption under section 225 has been granted for the vehicle—on the day a certificate of registration for the vehicle is made available under section 27 ; or
- (b) otherwise—on the day the chief executive gives the applicant a receipt for payment of the fees payable under this regulation for the registration.
