sec.238 When registered operator for concessionally registered vehicle stops being eligible for concessional registration
The registered operator of a concessionally registered vehicle stops being eligible for the concessional registration of the vehicle if the person— stops being eligible for the concessional registration under this subdivision; or contravenes a provision of subdivision 3 in relation to the vehicle.
- (a) stops being eligible for the concessional registration under this subdivision; or
- (b) contravenes a provision of subdivision 3 in relation to the vehicle.
