sec.232 Persons eligible for ambulance vehicles and particular vehicles mentioned in sch 5

A person is eligible to pay a concessional registration fee for— an ambulance vehicle; or a motor vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 , other than a conditionally registrable vehicle, with a GVM of not more than 4.5t; or a category 2 vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 , other than a conditionally registrable vehicle. s 232 amd 2022 SL No. 56 s 59

• (a) an ambulance vehicle; or
• (b) a motor vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 , other than a conditionally registrable vehicle, with a GVM of not more than 4.5t; or
• (c) a category 2 vehicle mentioned in schedule 5 , other than a conditionally registrable vehicle.
