sec.229 Eligible person may apply

This section applies to a person who is eligible to pay a concessional registration fee under subdivision 2 for a vehicle. The person may apply to the chief executive to pay the concessional registration fee stated in schedule 2 or 3 for the vehicle, instead of the registration fee otherwise payable under this regulation, for registering the vehicle in the person’s name. See part 9 , division 2 for requirements for particular applications. (sec.229-ssec.1) This section applies to a person who is eligible to pay a concessional registration fee under subdivision 2 for a vehicle.
