sec.228C Deciding application to be a recognised primary producer
The chief executive must, after considering an application made under section 228B — grant the application; or refuse the application. The chief executive may grant the application only if the chief executive is satisfied the applicant is a primary producer. s 228C ins 2023 SL No. 83 s 17 (sec.228C-ssec.1) The chief executive must, after considering an application made under section 228B — grant the application; or refuse the application.
