sec.218 Chief executive must keep list of learner approved motorbikes
The chief executive must keep a list of learner approved motorbikes (the LAM list ). A copy of the LAM list is available on the department’s website. The LAM list— must record a production motorbike for which the chief executive grants an application under section 217 (1) ; and may record another motorbike if the chief executive is satisfied the motorbike complies with section 217 (2) (a) , (b) and (c) . A motorbike that is recorded in the LAM list is a learner approved motorbike . (sec.218-ssec.1) The chief executive must keep a list of learner approved motorbikes (the LAM list ). A copy of the LAM list is available on the department’s website. (sec.218-ssec.2) The LAM list— must record a production motorbike for which the chief executive grants an application under section 217 (1) ; and may record another motorbike if the chief executive is satisfied the motorbike complies with section 217 (2) (a) , (b) and (c) . (sec.218-ssec.3) A motorbike that is recorded in the LAM list is a learner approved motorbike .
