sec.209 Things that purport to be, but are not, registration certificates, number plates or permits
A person must not make, sell or have in the person’s possession anything that purports to be, but is not, a registration certificate, number plate or permit unless the person has a reasonable excuse. Maximum penalty—40 penalty units.
