sec.198 Definition for division
In this division— prescribed information , for a vehicle, means— the name and address of the vehicle’s registered operator; and if the registered operator’s postal address or telephone number is contained in the register—the postal address or telephone number.
- (a) the name and address of the vehicle’s registered operator; and
- (b) if the registered operator’s postal address or telephone number is contained in the register—the postal address or telephone number.
