sec.19 Person may apply to register vehicle
A person may apply to the chief executive to register a vehicle eligible for registration under section 18 in the person’s name. See part 9 , division 2 for requirements for particular applications. However, if the vehicle is a category 2 vehicle, the person may apply only if the person is— a corporation; or an individual who is at least 18. (sec.19-ssec.1) A person may apply to the chief executive to register a vehicle eligible for registration under section 18 in the person’s name. (sec.19-ssec.2) However, if the vehicle is a category 2 vehicle, the person may apply only if the person is— a corporation; or an individual who is at least 18.

- (b) an individual who is at least 18.
