sec.189 Supporting material must be given
A registration application or renewal application for an eligible vehicle made in reliance on section 187 or 188 (the current application ) must be accompanied by the supporting material for the vehicle. However, subsection (1) does not apply if— the applicant has relied on section 187 or 188 for another registration application or renewal application for the eligible vehicle within 1 year before the current application is made; and the applicant has complied with subsection (1) in relation to the other application. This section applies in addition to sections 20 (1) and 33 (1) . (sec.189-ssec.1) A registration application or renewal application for an eligible vehicle made in reliance on section 187 or 188 (the current application ) must be accompanied by the supporting material for the vehicle. (sec.189-ssec.2) However, subsection (1) does not apply if— the applicant has relied on section 187 or 188 for another registration application or renewal application for the eligible vehicle within 1 year before the current application is made; and the applicant has complied with subsection (1) in relation to the other application. (sec.189-ssec.3) This section applies in addition to sections 20 (1) and 33 (1) .

- (b) the applicant has complied with subsection (1) in relation to the other application.
