sec.188 Exemption from surcharge for reduced term of registration or from administrative fee for late payment
An applicant for registration, or renewal of registration, of an eligible vehicle is exempt from paying the following in relation to the application— a surcharge stated in schedule 4 ; for a renewal application for a vehicle—an administrative fee stated in schedule 4 , part 3 . This section applies despite any other provision of this regulation.
