sec.182 Exemption from surcharge for reduced term of registration or administrative fee for late payment
Despite any other provision of this regulation, an applicant for registration, or renewal of registration, of an eligible vehicle is exempt from paying the following in relation to the application— a surcharge stated in schedule 4 ; if the application is for renewal of registration of the vehicle—an administrative fee stated in schedule 4 , part 3 .
- (a) a surcharge stated in schedule 4 ;
- (b) if the application is for renewal of registration of the vehicle—an administrative fee stated in schedule 4 , part 3 .
