sec.175 Supervising written-off vehicle inspection at place other than written-off vehicle inspection site
An approved written-off vehicle nominee must not supervise the running of a written-off vehicle inspection at a place unless the place is operated by a person contracted by the chief executive to operate the place as a written-off vehicle inspection site. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
