sec.173 Operating place as written-off vehicle inspection site
A person must not operate, or purport to operate, a place as a written-off vehicle inspection site unless the person is contracted by the chief executive to operate the place as a written-off vehicle inspection site. Maximum penalty—80 penalty units.
