sec.167 Notice of decision
The chief executive must give the applicant written notice of the decision. If the decision is to grant the inspection approval on conditions, or to refuse the approval, the notice must state— the conditions or the reason for the refusal; and that the applicant may ask for the decision to be reviewed under section 213 .
