sec.116 Information on register not conclusive of title to registered vehicle
Despite anything else in this regulation— the chief executive is not required to ensure the person whose name is shown in the register as the registered operator of a vehicle is a person who has title to the vehicle; and the register is not intended to be a means by which the title to a registered vehicle may be conclusively established.
