sec.114 Details for personalised number plates to be kept
The register must contain the following information about a personalised number plate— the number on the personalised number plate; if the personalised number plate has been transferred to a person under section 135 —the name and address, including any postal address, of the most recent transferee; if the personalised number plate has been converted from another number plate under section 136 —confirmation of the conversion; if neither paragraph (b) nor (c) applies—information sufficient to identify the person to whom the personalised number plate was given under section 132 .
- (a) the number on the personalised number plate;
- (b) if the personalised number plate has been transferred to a person under section 135 —the name and address, including any postal address, of the most recent transferee;
- (c) if the personalised number plate has been converted from another number plate under section 136 —confirmation of the conversion;
- (d) if neither paragraph (b) nor (c) applies—information sufficient to identify the person to whom the personalised number plate was given under section 132 .
