sec.104 When cancellation takes effect
The cancellation of a dealer plate’s registration takes effect— if the chief executive cancels the registration under section 101 —immediately after the registered operator for the dealer plate has complied with section 101 (1) ; or otherwise—when the chief executive records the cancellation in the register.
