If there is a right turn only sign at an intersection, a driver must turn right at the intersection. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. If there is a right lane must turn right sign at an intersection, a driver who is in the right marked lane when entering the intersection must turn right at the intersection. Maximum penalty—20 penalty units. In this section— turn right does not include make a U-turn.
