This division does not apply to— the rider of a bicycle or a personal mobility device; or the driver of a tram that is not fitted with brake lights. s 52 amd 2022 SL No. 142 s 22
- (a) the rider of a bicycle or a personal mobility device; or
- (b) the driver of a tram that is not fitted with brake lights.
